Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and actively develop a dedicated team of revenue cycle professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Take full ownership of performance outcomes for an assigned portfolio of client accounts, spotting gaps and implementing smart fixes.
Analyze reimbursement trends and operational bottlenecks to systematically reduce denials and elevate overall revenue cycle performance.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional RCM leaders to align on best practices and drive measurable client satisfaction.
Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions that directly impact the financial health of the healthcare providers we serve.

Requirements

Solid background in revenue cycle management, accounts receivable, or medical billing within the healthcare industry.
Proven experience leading, mentoring, or developing teams to hit ambitious operational targets.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data, spot trends, and turn numbers into actionable strategies.
Exceptional communication skills, paired with a natural ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members alike.
