Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy AI-native systems and applications for Bjak's AI Finance Agent.
Work extensively with large language models (LLMs), machine learning algorithms, and other advanced AI techniques.
Build robust data pipelines to support AI model training, evaluation, and inference.
Implement and manage MLOps practices to ensure efficient model deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
Collaborate closely with product managers and other engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into new and existing financial products.
Iterate rapidly on prototypes and production systems, continuously improving performance and user experience.
Stay current with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and natural language processing.

Requirements

Proven professional experience as an Applied AI Engineer or a similar role, focusing on bringing AI solutions to production.
Strong programming skills in Python, alongside experience with relevant AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
Hands-on experience with LLMs, including fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and understanding their architectural nuances.
Demonstrated ability to design, build, and deploy end-to-end AI systems.
Solid understanding of machine learning principles, data structures, and algorithms.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) for AI deployment.
A passion for building innovative products and a keen interest in the financial technology sector.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
