Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-native systems and applications for Bjak's AI Finance Agent.
- Work extensively with large language models (LLMs), machine learning algorithms, and other advanced AI techniques.
- Build robust data pipelines to support AI model training, evaluation, and inference.
- Implement and manage MLOps practices to ensure efficient model deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and other engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into new and existing financial products.
- Iterate rapidly on prototypes and production systems, continuously improving performance and user experience.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and natural language processing.
Requirements
- Proven professional experience as an Applied AI Engineer or a similar role, focusing on bringing AI solutions to production.
- Strong programming skills in Python, alongside experience with relevant AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, including fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and understanding their architectural nuances.
- Demonstrated ability to design, build, and deploy end-to-end AI systems.
- Solid understanding of machine learning principles, data structures, and algorithms.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) for AI deployment.
- A passion for building innovative products and a keen interest in the financial technology sector.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
