Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge AI models and systems into production, ensuring scalability and reliability.
Collaborate closely with research scientists to transition novel AI models and algorithms from prototypes to robust, production-ready features.
Optimize and fine-tune existing AI models for performance, efficiency, and resource utilization.
Build and maintain robust MLOps pipelines for model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
Integrate AI capabilities seamlessly into our platforms, including ElevenAgents, ElevenCreative, and ElevenAPI.
Debug and resolve complex issues across our AI infrastructure and application stack.
Stay current with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and deep learning, applying new techniques to enhance our products.
Contribute to a culture of engineering excellence, thoughtful code reviews, and comprehensive documentation.

Requirements

Strong proficiency in Python and experience with core machine learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
Demonstrated experience applying AI/ML techniques to solve real-world problems, with a focus on deployment and operationalization.
Solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals, deep learning architectures, and data processing techniques.
Experience with MLOps practices and tools for deploying, monitoring, and managing AI models in production environments.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
A proactive attitude with a passion for continuous learning and innovation in the AI space.
