Key Responsibilities

Identify and onboard premier manufacturing partners across Europe who align with our ethical and sustainable values.
Negotiate pricing, lead times, and terms to secure the best possible deal while maintaining strong supplier relationships.
Oversee product development from initial tech pack to final production, ensuring exceptional craftsmanship in every men's leather jacket and coat.
Collaborate with internal data and analytics teams to forecast demand and optimize just in time manufacturing workflows.
Monitor quality control standards rigorously and resolve any production bottlenecks quickly.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience in apparel sourcing and production management, with a heavy focus on men's leather outerwear.
