About the Role

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to step into our Central Finance Team and completely own the accounts payable process for our European and French entities. At saas.group, we acquire promising B2B software treasures and polish them into industry stars. Operating with a fully remote team of nearly 380 colleagues spanning more than 50 countries, we give you the freedom to work from anywhere in the world while making a tangible impact on 25 exciting software brands.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end to end accounts payable lifecycle for European and French entities with meticulous attention to detail.
Process vendor invoices accurately, ensure proper approvals, and schedule timely payments.
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any billing discrepancies swiftly and professionally.
Collaborate closely with internal teams and external vendors to maintain strong financial relationships.
Support month end closing activities related to accounts payable and expense management.

Requirements

Proven experience working in an accounts payable role, ideally within a multinational or remote setting.
Strong familiarity with European and French accounting practices, tax regulations, and compliance standards.
Exceptional organizational skills paired with a proactive, problem solving mindset.
Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in French is a strong advantage.
Comfortable thriving in a fast paced, asynchronous, fully remote environment.
