We are searching for an Analytics Lead for Deposit Fraud Risk to step in and take total ownership of our depository product fraud performance. This is a fully remote role open to candidates worldwide, giving you the freedom to do your best work from wherever you are most comfortable.

Key Responsibilities

Own the complete fraud performance picture for depository products by monitoring key risk metrics like approval rates, false positives, customer friction, and fraud losses.
Build and maintain scalable data models and transformation pipelines to support ongoing analytics and risk monitoring.
Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Machine Learning teams to refine identity verification and fraud processes.
Act as the primary representative for the risk organization to continuously improve our fraud solutions and application flows.

Requirements

Proven professional background in data analytics, risk management, or fraud prevention within the financial technology sector.
Strong technical skills in building scalable data pipelines, writing complex queries, and modeling risk behavior.
Exceptional collaboration skills with a track record of driving impactful initiatives across multiple technical and operational teams.
