Affirm is looking for an inquisitive, impact-oriented professional to step into the Analyst II, Full Stack role within the Revenue Analytics team. You will build and scale the data products, semantic foundations, and analytical systems that fuel company decision-making. Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will own end-to-end analytics initiatives and create reliable systems across the commercial organization. Expect to handle core projects such as the following.

Design, build, and optimize dbt data models, metrics, and automation pipelines supporting both commercial field teams and embedded analysts.
Construct and maintain critical reporting models that directly power external merchant analytics.
Architect semantic layers, metadata standards, and data governance practices that build trust and unlock reliable AI applications.
Translate ambiguous business questions from revenue leaders into durable, well-tested data infrastructure.
Elevate internal enablement by documenting data definitions and helping teammates get the most out of our dashboards and tables.

Requirements

The ideal candidate brings strong technical craft combined with sharp commercial instincts. You will fit right in if you meet these qualifications.

Proven professional experience in analytics engineering or business intelligence, ideally working with modern data stacks.
Advanced proficiency in SQL alongside hands-on experience building modular pipelines with dbt.
Solid understanding of dimensional modeling, data governance principles, and semantic layer implementations.
Experience designing intuitive business dashboards and automating recurring analytical reporting.
Excellent communication skills with a knack for translating complex data structures into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
