Overview

This isn't just any QA role; it's an opportunity to significantly impact solutions across industries such as Telecom, Retail, Education, Finance, and Energy. We're looking for a skilled QA Analyst (Analista de QA PL) to strengthen our team. This is a fully remote position, open to talent from anywhere in the world. You will play a crucial part in delivering high-quality, innovative projects that make a real difference, contributing directly to our mission of building the future of technology.

Key Responsibilities

Strategically plan, design, and execute comprehensive test scenarios. This includes functional, integrated, regression, and user acceptance testing, ensuring robust software solutions.
Meticulously validate new functionalities developed within Salesforce, verifying every aspect aligns perfectly with business requirements and user expectations.
Conduct thorough integration tests between Salesforce and various legacy systems, guaranteeing seamless data flow and operational harmony.
Proactively identify, meticulously document, rigorously track, and diligently validate corrections for all detected defects, ensuring resolutions meet quality standards.
Craft detailed test scenarios, precise test cases, and clear evidence of execution, building a strong foundation for reliable testing.
Collaborate closely with development, product, and business teams, fostering a partnership approach to guarantee the excellence of all delivered solutions.
Actively participate in the refinement of project demands, providing valuable insights to help define clear acceptance criteria and effective validation scenarios.

Requirements

Proven experience as a QA Analyst, ideally with 3+ years in software quality assurance.
Strong familiarity with planning, elaborating, and executing various testing types: functional, integrated, regression, and user acceptance (UAT).
Demonstrated experience validating functionalities in Salesforce environments is essential.
Solid understanding of integration testing principles, especially between modern platforms and legacy systems.
Proficiency in identifying, logging, tracking, and validating defect corrections using relevant tools.
Ability to create detailed test scenarios, test cases, and comprehensive test execution evidence.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, working effectively with cross-functional teams (development, product, business).
Fluency in Portuguese, both written and spoken, given the company's Brazilian roots and internal communication needs.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
