Key Responsibilities

Undertake comprehensive management of the entire payroll cycle for Colombia.
Generate precise and timely financial and operational reports as required.
Oversee critical post-payroll processes, including accounting, social security contributions, and tax filings, among other essential functions.
Conduct thorough analysis of collective agreements to ensure compliance and accuracy in payroll calculations.

Requirements

You should be an advanced student or a proud graduate from disciplines such as Public Accounting, Human Resources, Labor Relations, or other closely related fields.
A minimum of 5 years of verifiable, hands-on experience in payroll management is essential.
