Overview

As our new IT Business Analyst, you will act as the crucial link between stakeholders and technical development teams. This is a fully remote position open to candidates worldwide, giving you the freedom to do your best work wherever you feel most inspired.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, document, and manage technical business requirements from the initial concept all the way to final implementation.
Organize and lead analysis sessions with system users to extract, analyze, and document requirements effectively.
Define functional and non-functional specifications for business needs regarding system development.
Create and update process diagrams impacted by change requests while validating requirements alongside stakeholders.
Collaborate with Delgaz Grid representatives to craft user journeys for analyzed processes, writing and reviewing QAT and UAT test scenarios.
Manage functional and non-functional change requests and integrate them smoothly into implementation workflows.
Ensure the absolute accuracy and completeness of requirement documents and technical solution descriptions.

Requirements

Strong background in business analysis within an IT environment.
Proven ability to translate business needs into precise technical specifications.
Experience in process mapping, user journey creation, and software testing procedures like QAT and UAT.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
