In this seat, you will step into the heart of our most complex customer environments, untangling tough technical challenges and building reliable electronic health record systems. You will collaborate with our seasoned Application Advisors while taking personal ownership of everyday client needs. Key Responsibilities

Your daily routine will combine independent problem solving with close collaboration. Some of your main duties include the following.

Performing advanced technical troubleshooting to protect the stability, integrity, and integration of complex EHR setups.
Reviewing incoming system requests, translating clinical needs into clear technical specifications, and executing end-to-end build and testing.
Analyzing clinical workflows, updating system configurations, and running thorough audits to keep environments healthy.
Participating in routine system upgrades, testing cycles, and maintenance windows alongside senior advisory staff.
Guiding healthcare partners through tricky system changes with empathetic, dependable client service.

Requirements
