Overview
In this role, you will provide professional nursing care for clinic patients following established standards and best practices. Guided by Jean Watson's Theory of Human Caring and shared governance, you will play a vital part in our Patient Centered Medical Home model. You will manage daily clinical workflows, support patient triage, and ensure high quality standards are consistently met in a virtual healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional nursing care and ongoing management for clinic patients.
- Handle patient triage and respond calmly and effectively during emergency situations.
- Build and maintain strong, effective working relationships with patients, medical staff, and the public.
- Apply and adapt nursing methods and techniques to meet individual patient needs remotely.
- Maintain strict quality control standards across all clinical processes.
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse license issued by the Kansas State Board of Nursing.
- A Bachelor of Science in Nursing is preferred.
- At least one year of nursing experience is preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to react calmly under pressure.
