Role Overview

We’re hiring a senior, highly autonomous Amazon operator to lead product strategy and execution. This role brilliantly blends product management thinking with hands-on Amazon execution—owning the full commercial lifecycle from selecting the right products through sourcing, launch, and scale. You’ll set the strategic direction and deliver tangible results, with the runway to build and lead a small team as growth accelerates.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Product Strategy: Define category focus, build the product roadmap, and establish precise launch sequencing for maximum market impact.
Profitable Sourcing: Drive supplier discovery, tough negotiations, accurate landed-cost modeling, and strict adherence to margin targets.
Listing Mastery: Own listing creation and optimization, focusing on sharp positioning, advanced keyword strategy, conversion rate improvements, and stellar catalog quality.
Operational Planning: Build robust operational plans for inventory and fulfillment, utilizing FBA as primary and FBM/3PL where strategic.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with creative and design resources by providing clear, actionable briefs for imagery and enhanced content.

Requirements

Proven, senior-level experience operating and scaling successful Amazon FBA stores.
Deep expertise in product lifecycle management, from sourcing and negotiations to launch and inventory optimization.
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to keyword research, PPC, and conversion rate optimization.
High autonomy, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a track record of driving commercial growth.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote environment.
