We need an AI Video Editor Team Lead who can mentor creators, build smart workflows, and produce performance marketing videos that actually convert. This is a fully remote position that you can do from anywhere in the world.
Overview
As our AI Video Editor Team Lead, you will direct a talented group of three to seven editors. Your main goal is to push the boundaries of AI integration in video production while keeping the team energized, organized, and focused on business goals. You will act as the bridge between creative vision and technical execution, making sure every asset we push out drives predictable growth for our partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and scale a team of AI focused video editors to help them reach their full potential.
- Monitor workloads closely to prevent burnout and keep team morale high.
