Key Responsibilities

You will wear many hats as you help refine how machines process human communication. Your day to day tasks will keep you engaged with fascinating audio datasets.

Evaluate AI generated speech and text to speech outputs for naturalness, rhythm, tone, emotion, and pronunciation accuracy.
Review speech recognition outputs by identifying transcription errors, regional accents, and subtle linguistic nuances.
Create, annotate, and curate high quality speech and audio datasets used to train machine learning models.
Collaborate with global teams to ensure voice AI systems deliver culturally relevant and authentic experiences.

Requirements

We are looking for curious minds who bring a unique blend of technical or linguistic skill to the table. You will thrive here if you meet the following criteria.

Strong background or deep interest in audio production, speech analysis, linguistics, phonetics, or voice technology.
Exceptional listening skills with an acute attention to detail regarding pitch, cadence, and pronunciation.
