Key Responsibilities

Evaluate AI generated speech for naturalness, pronunciation accuracy, rhythm, tone, emotion, and overall voice quality.
Review and improve speech recognition outputs by identifying transcription errors and refining phonetic alignments.
Annotate and categorize audio data to train complex speech and audio machine learning models.
Collaborate with engineers and data scientists to maintain high standards of dataset quality and cultural nuance.

Requirements

Strong fluency in English alongside a sharp ear for phonetic detail, pronunciation, and acoustic quality.
Background or education in linguistics, phonetics, audio engineering, speech therapy, or a related voice technology field.
Familiarity with Automatic Speech Recognition and Text to Speech concepts is a strong advantage.
Reliable high speed internet connection and a quiet environment suitable for detailed audio evaluation work.
