Overview

As an AI Solutions Engineer, you will serve as the engine room of our AI initiatives, translating architectural blueprints and governance standards set by our AI Engineering & Enablement Lead into operational, high-performance systems. You will be instrumental in deploying solutions across EVERSANA's cutting-edge enterprise AI stack, which includes GCP, Vertex AI, Claude, and Gemini Enterprise. This role centers on taking enterprise AI tooling and seamlessly integrating it into critical Patient Services use cases. You will develop reusable patterns that empower other teams, and expertly embed AI functionalities into our Salesforce, MuleSoft, and Java touchpoints within the Software Development Life Cycle. Key Responsibilities

Agent & Workflow Development: Design and build sophisticated AI agents utilizing Vertex AI Agent Builder, the Claude API, and Gemini Enterprise.
Productionization of AI Tooling: Transform enterprise AI tools into production-ready solutions for high-priority Patient Services use cases. These include automating intake processes, streamlining missing-information workflows, enhancing adverse-event detection, optimizing workload queue intelligence, automating QNCR tasks, and creating chat-with-claims functionalities.
RAG Pipeline Management: Construct and maintain robust RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) pipelines, managing vector stores, embeddings, and retrieval workflows against vital Patient Services data.
Integration and Enablement: Expertly integrate AI capabilities into existing enterprise systems such as Salesforce, MuleSoft, and Java applications, ensuring seamless functionality and adoption.
Pattern Creation: Develop and document reusable AI patterns and components, fostering a culture of efficiency and consistency across development teams.
Quality and Performance: Ensure the high performance, scalability, and reliability of all deployed AI solutions within a strict regulatory framework.

Requirements

Proven experience as a hands-on builder of production-grade AI systems, ideally within a regulated industry like healthcare.
Deep technical proficiency with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and specifically Vertex AI, including Agent Builder.
Extensive experience working with leading large language models such as Claude and Gemini Enterprise, alongside familiarity with their respective APIs.
Solid understanding and practical experience in designing and implementing RAG pipelines, including vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval strategies.
Demonstrated ability to integrate complex AI solutions into enterprise systems (e.g., Salesforce, MuleSoft, Java applications).
A strong grasp of software development best practices, including version control, testing, and deployment in a continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) environment.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and an innovative mindset, capable of translating high-level architectural guidance into functional, resilient code.
Excellent communication skills, able to articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
