We are actively seeking an AI Safety Specialist to join us as a contract Red Teamer, dedicated to rigorously testing and securing advanced AI models. Key Responsibilities

Develop sophisticated adversarial prompts to rigorously stress-test the most advanced AI models.
Proactively uncover vulnerabilities like jailbreaks, unsafe outputs, factual inaccuracies, and any policy compliance failures.
Assess AI model resilience across a spectrum of critical areas, including misinformation, cybersecurity threats, biosecurity risks, financial fraud, and politically sensitive content.
Thoroughly document all identified weaknesses and contribute valuable insights to comprehensive safety benchmarking and red-teaming reports.
Work closely with leading AI researchers, providing essential feedback to enhance model alignment, overall robustness, and fundamental safety protocols.

Requirements

To excel in this challenging yet rewarding role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree or higher is required in fields such as Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Journalism, Communications, Psychology, Biology, Chemistry, Public Policy, or a closely related discipline.
Professional Experience: At least five years of dedicated professional experience is essential. This experience should be directly in AI Safety, AI Red Teaming, Trust & Safety, cybersecurity, investigative journalism, or life sciences.
