They need sharp, analytical minds to join their ranks as AI Safety Specialists. This is a fully remote, contract position open to qualified professionals worldwide, paying between $60 and $70 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

You will be at the front lines of model development, ensuring that emerging technologies remain secure, truthful, and ethical. Your daily work involves reviewing complex AI outputs and providing actionable insights. You will:

Evaluate AI generated responses for safety, factual accuracy, policy compliance, and overall quality.
Review sensitive content touching on misinformation, political persuasion, self harm, violence, cyber security, and biosecurity.
Apply and refine evaluation rubrics for reinforcement learning from human feedback, supervised fine tuning, and AI safety benchmarking.
Identify unsafe outputs, hallucinations, reasoning failures, and policy violations.
Deliver structured feedback that directly improves model alignment and safety performance.
Collaborate closely with leading AI researchers and safety teams on ongoing evaluation initiatives.

Requirements

To thrive in this role, you bring a unique blend of critical thinking and domain expertise. You need to meet the following criteria:

Hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in Journalism, Communications, Psychology, Sociology, Public Policy, Law, Biology, Chemistry, Computer Science, or a related field.
Possess at least 5 years of professional experience.
Demonstrate a keen eye for nuance, exceptional analytical skills, and a deep interest in the ethical implications of artificial intelligence.
