Key Responsibilities

Drive significant improvements in throughput, latency, and cost efficiency across both training and inference workloads for large neural network systems.
Engage in full-stack optimization efforts, spanning from low-level kernel tuning to high-level distributed system configuration.
Apply a deep understanding of GPU architectures to optimize computational performance.
Implement and refine model parallelism strategies to enhance the scalability and speed of AI workloads.
Manage and optimize memory utilization effectively within complex AI systems.
Utilize expertise in compiler-level optimizations to generate highly efficient code for AI applications.
Demonstrate a proven track record of impacting production AI workloads through tangible performance enhancements.

Requirements

A minimum of 6+ years of professional experience specifically in AI optimization or a closely related field.
Profound understanding of GPU architecture and its implications for AI performance.
Expertise in model parallelism and distributed computing techniques for large-scale AI.
Strong capabilities in memory management within high-performance computing environments.
Solid experience with compiler-level optimization techniques.
Demonstrable experience with production AI workloads and a history of delivering measurable performance improvements.
