Key Responsibilities

As our AI Operations & Systems Architect, you will be the driving force behind operational excellence and technological innovation. Your day-to-day will involve a diverse set of challenges, each requiring a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution. These key areas include:

Architect and implement robust AI-powered operational systems and workflows.
Design, build, and deploy custom automations that streamline complex business processes.
Develop and integrate pragmatic AI agents to enhance efficiency across various funnels.
Analyze existing operational funnels, identify bottlenecks, and develop creative solutions for optimization.
Collaborate directly with the Founder & CEO to understand strategic objectives and translate them into actionable AI and automation initiatives.
Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of all deployed systems.
Continuously research and evaluate new AI technologies and methodologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues, maintaining high standards of operational uptime.

Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled individual who can hit the ground running. To be considered for this role, you must possess:

A C1 English level is absolutely essential. You will be speaking strictly in English throughout your entire shift.
Based in either LATAM or South Africa, prepared to work PST hours.
Proven experience as an operational builder and AI systems architect.
Demonstrated expertise in untangling complex funnels and optimizing operational flows.
A strong portfolio showcasing successful custom automation builds.
Practical experience in deploying effective and pragmatic AI agents.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for technical and non-technical audiences.
