We are seeking a diligent and adaptable AI Operations Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis. Key Responsibilities

Serve as a primary contact for our diverse AI data projects, ensuring all workflows and operations run smoothly day to day.
Work closely with program leads and domain specialists, transforming their strategic insights into actionable, clear guidelines for our expert teams.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new experts as our programs grow, offering ongoing support to ensure their successful integration.
Actively participate in weekly business reviews, meticulously organizing meeting notes and tracking action items, and confidently leading discussions when required.
Proactively identify any quality concerns, meticulously analyze their root causes, and effectively communicate these findings across various teams to foster continuous improvement.
Contribute valuable insights to the development and refinement of project guidelines, collaborating with our research and product partners.
Anticipate potential obstacles and proactively work towards their efficient resolution, maintaining project momentum.
