Overview
Forget the days of grinding out endless boilerplate code by hand. At Spektra Systems, we are completely rethinking how software gets built. We are looking for an AI-Native Full-Stack Developer who wants to orchestrate cutting-edge AI coding agents rather than typing every single semicolon. This is a fully remote role based across India, though there is a possibility it could transition to an onsite setup later. If you prefer directing powerful LLMs to ship real features over manual coding, you are going to love this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate high-level product requirements into precise, bite-sized specs that AI agents can easily understand and execute.
- Leverage tools like Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, and Codex to build robust features across our modern tech stacks.
- Run multiple agent sessions simultaneously on separate worktrees while carefully managing dependencies and preventing merge conflicts.
- Thoroughly review every single line of agent-generated code to guarantee correctness, security, and performance before it touches production.
- Own features from the initial database query or API endpoint all the way to the frontend UI and automated tests.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of solid experience building web applications from the ground up.
- A minimum of 6 months specifically spent shipping production-ready features primarily by utilizing AI coding assistants.
- Familiarity with .NET, ASP.NET Core, and SQL Server, OR hands-on experience with Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Python services.
- A strong eye for detail and the ability to spot subtle bugs in AI-generated diffs instantly.
What You'll Gain
- The chance to pioneer a brand-new engineering paradigm where human ingenuity meets machine execution.
- Direct ownership of core products used by countless users globally.
- Rapid professional growth working alongside a forward-thinking team that embraces innovation.
