Key Responsibilities

Leverage frontier AI coding agents to successfully complete and evaluate intricate machine learning and AI engineering tasks.
Review model generated implementations covering model training, inference systems, MLOps, and advanced LLM applications.
Spot tricky bugs, hidden edge cases, performance bottlenecks, and failure modes in cutting edge AI models.
Compare outputs across multiple frontier models to thoroughly assess their unique strengths and weaknesses.
Apply your professional engineering judgment to realistic machine learning engineering scenarios every single day.

Requirements

Bring at least two years of hands on professional machine learning engineering experience to the table.
Demonstrate a strong background in building production ready machine learning systems, model deployment infrastructure, LLM applications, or AI powered products.
Showcase regular, practical use of modern AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, and similar agents.
