This is a full-time, direct W2 position for an AI Interaction Designer, offering a competitive salary range of $140,000 to $155,000 Annually. This role is 100% remote, a worldwide opportunity allowing you to contribute from anywhere.

Key Responsibilities

As an AI Interaction Designer, you will be instrumental in shaping our approach to intelligent systems. Your day to day will involve a variety of engaging tasks, including:

Defining and leading the strategy, best practices, and essential tooling for designing prompts.
Developing sophisticated agentic workflows and innovative LLM-based application architectures across the organization.
Applying a deep practical mastery of modern large language models (LLMs) to real-world challenges.
Building reusable design patterns, robust evaluation frameworks, and developer tooling that can scale effectively across numerous teams and diverse use cases.
Driving the evolution of how users interact with AI, ensuring intuitive and powerful experiences.

Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring significant experience and specific expertise:

At least six years of professional experience in a related field, with a strong focus on AI or interaction design.
A proven track record of having successfully shipped LLM-powered products into production environments.
Fluency in various prompt design patterns and strategies for optimizing AI responses.
A deep understanding of the full lifecycle of AI product development, from concept to deployment and iteration.
