Overview

micro1 is looking for dedicated AI Evaluation Specialists on a contract basis to elevate the quality of AI assistant outputs. This role is a critical part of an enterprise AI training initiative, focusing on providing high-quality, real-world input that directly shapes how AI models learn and evolve. Your domain knowledge, rather than prior AI experience, is the key to success here.

Key Responsibilities

Rigorously assess AI-generated responses using detailed rubrics and predefined quality standards. Your focus will be on accuracy, relevance, and strict adherence to guidelines.
Maintain consistent and impartial judgment across a significant volume of examples, ensuring a fair and highly reliable assessment process.
Pinpoint crucial reasoning gaps, identify tool-use failures, and detect any logic errors within AI assistant responses, offering clear, actionable feedback for continuous improvement.
Craft clear, concise written feedback highlighting both strengths and areas needing refinement, directly contributing to model improvements and fostering better AI adoption practices.
Engage in collaborative discussions regarding rubric interpretation and the ongoing evolution of quality standards, contributing your insights to refine the assessment framework.
