Construction accounts for roughly eleven percent of global GDP and employs one out of every nine workers worldwide. Despite that scale, tech adoption has lagged for decades. We started out as a high-end project management consultancy, mastering boots-on-the-ground project headaches before translating those insights into software products. Now, we are expanding our engineering team to build intelligent systems that forecast construction delays, analyze contractual risks, and streamline site data. This position is completely remote and open to candidates worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

Day-to-day work involves moving from concept to deployment across several core areas

Designing, evaluating, and deploying machine learning models and intelligent workflows tailored to messy construction datasets
Building generative AI and NLP capabilities that extract key insights from complex technical documents and schedules
Partnering with full-stack developers and construction domain specialists to embed AI features directly into our software suite
Monitoring model performance in production, mitigating hallucinations, and refining algorithms based on feedback from real job sites
Refining our data pipelines to handle unstructured site logs, drawings, and project communications efficiently

Requirements

We are searching for thoughtful engineers who combine strong fundamentals with pragmatic problem solving

Demonstrated experience taking machine learning or applied AI features into reliable production environments
Strong proficiency with Python and modern AI ecosystems, including frameworks for LLMs and deep learning
Hands-on familiarity with retrieval augmented generation, fine-tuning techniques, and prompt evaluation frameworks
Comfort designing robust APIs and understanding how model inference interacts with backend architecture
Exceptional written and verbal English skills, allowing you to thrive in a distributed, asynchronous workplace
Self-directed work habits and the curiosity needed to unpack unfamiliar industrial challenges
