Wilson Sonsini is seeking an AI Enablement Specialist to join our dynamic Innovation team. You will play a foundational role in driving our legal service delivery forward. By evaluating emerging artificial intelligence tools and rolling out smart process improvements, you will directly impact how our attorneys tackle daily challenges. Key Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with practice group leadership, attorneys, and paralegals to understand their day to day operational bottlenecks.
Evaluate, test, and implement cutting edge artificial intelligence technologies tailored for legal practice areas.
Translate complex practitioner requirements into practical, highly efficient, and technology enabled solutions.
Partner with internal technology departments and external software vendors to ensure smooth integrations.

Requirements
