This project focuses on gathering authentic Latvian speech from real-life scenarios. This is a freelance, fully remote opportunity for individuals residing in Latvia, allowing you to work flexibly around your schedule, typically for 2 to 4 hours each day. The collected recordings and related metadata will be instrumental in evaluating and improving speech-enabled AI models.

Key Responsibilities

Record or collect natural, spontaneous speech in accordance with detailed project guidelines.
Participate in or capture speech from approved real-life situations, such as workplace conversations or casual discussions.
Ensure the highest quality and authenticity of all recorded audio.
Contribute to a vital dataset used for research, development, testing, and continuous improvement of AI systems.

Requirements

Native or near-native fluency in Latvian, specifically within Latvia.
