Key Responsibilities

Architect and Develop AI Solutions: Design, build, and deploy sophisticated machine learning models, algorithms, and AI-powered applications that address complex business problems for our enterprise clients.
Drive Innovation: Research and experiment with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and methodologies to continually enhance our capabilities and offer cutting-edge solutions.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with data scientists, engineers, product managers, and client stakeholders to understand requirements, define project scope, and ensure successful delivery of AI initiatives.
Ensure Solution Quality: Implement robust testing, validation, and deployment strategies to maintain high standards of performance, scalability, and reliability for all AI systems.
Provide Technical Leadership: Contribute to technical roadmaps, mentor junior team members, and foster a culture of continuous learning and excellence within the AI practice.
Client Engagement: Participate in client discussions, translating technical concepts into clear business value and helping to shape strategic AI roadmaps.

Requirements

Proven professional experience in developing and deploying AI/ML solutions in a production environment.
Strong foundation in machine learning principles, deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, or other relevant AI domains.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and experience with popular AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or similar.
