micro1 is actively seeking skilled AI Agent Power Users for a significant enterprise AI training initiative. This project involves collaborating with a leading customer to refine cutting-edge AI models. This is a fully remote, contract position, open to talented individuals across the globe who are based in the US, CA, UK, IE, AU, or NZ. While previous AI-specific experience is not required, your strong domain knowledge and practical approach to using AI tools are paramount.

Key Responsibilities

Execute sophisticated multi-step business scenarios utilizing leading AI assistants like ChatGPT and Claude, ensuring they mirror authentic professional processes.
Meticulously document every stage of your interactions, pinpointing instances where AI performance either meets or deviates from practical business requirements.
Critically assess and score AI-generated outputs against defined rubrics and criteria, concentrating on their overall quality, thoroughness, and relevance.
Formulate clear, constructive, and actionable feedback derived from your rubric findings to guide AI research and product development teams.
Spot recurring patterns in AI behavior, recognizing its strengths, weaknesses, and areas ripe for process enhancement.
Integrate AI tools seamlessly with commonly used workplace platforms, including Google Drive, Gmail, Slack, and Notion.
