Overview
We are actively seeking a high-performing Agile Project Manager to play a pivotal role in our GrantSolutions contract. This fully remote position offers the unique opportunity to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of a large-scale agile software development program. You will oversee multiple critical workstreams throughout the entire system development lifecycle, including essential UX/UI design and all deployment activities such as User Acceptance Testing (UAT), comprehensive training, and successful rollout. This role requires a strategic thinker who can adeptly manage schedule, scope, and resources within an iterative environment, ensuring every step aligns perfectly with our project objectives, timelines, and budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day management and coordination of a large-scale agile software development program.
- Oversee and guide multiple workstreams spanning the full application development lifecycle, from initial concept through deployment.
- Drive robust schedule, scope, and resource management within an agile, iterative development framework.
- Ensure precise alignment of project activities with established objectives, critical timelines, and allocated budget.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all project related communications and activities, providing clear leadership.
- Provide inspiring leadership and strategic guidance across 2 or more Scrum teams, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Technical Leads to ensure successful project delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Manage project financials, including detailed monthly cost projections and accurate Estimate at Completion (EAC) reporting.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience leading and managing large-scale agile software development programs.
- Proven track record overseeing multiple workstreams across the full system development lifecycle, including UX/UI design and deployment activities such as UAT, training, and rollout.
- Expertise in driving schedule, scope, and resource management within an iterative, agile environment.
- Strong understanding of financial management within projects, including cost projections and EAC.
- Ability to provide leadership and guidance to 2 or more Scrum teams.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, effectively partnering with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Technical Leads.
- Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance, a requirement for this contract.
