Help build robust datasets: Play a pivotal role in creating diverse and representative audio datasets, which are essential for the thorough training and assessment of conversational AI agents.
Evaluate AI model performance: Meticulously assess model output using a comprehensive set of qualitative and quantitative metrics, considering task completion accuracy and overall efficiency. You will also look at conversational naturalness, including tone, flow, and coherence. Attention to audio comprehension and response quality is key, alongside instruction adherence and contextual understanding.
Champion customer expectations: Ensure all evaluations genuinely reflect what real customers anticipate in terms of clarity, efficiency, and natural, flowing conversations.

Requirements

Proven ability to conduct detailed and accurate evaluations with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication and role playing skills, allowing you to authentically simulate diverse customer service interactions.
A keen ear for conversational nuances, tone, and overall flow in spoken language.
Strong analytical abilities to assess both qualitative and quantitative performance metrics effectively.
