Overview
We are expanding our team with a seasoned Affiliate Manager specializing in US lead generation. Operating fully remotely from anywhere in the world, you will step into a fast-paced environment backed by a trusted global brand with headquarters in the Netherlands and multiple offices worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruiting and scaling high-value US affiliates while nurturing key accounts.
- Acting as the primary point of contact covering everything from insertion orders and contracts to daily support.
- Managing multiple lead generation campaigns including budgeting, adjusting payouts, organizing creatives, and offer optimization.
- Monitoring traffic quality closely while implementing strict compliance, fraud prevention, and lead quality control measures.
Requirements
- At least three years of solid experience in US-focused affiliate marketing.
- A proven track record working directly with lead generation models like CPL, CPA, and TCPA.
- A deep understanding of US traffic sources and conversion funnels.
- Comfortable diving deep into large volumes of performance data every single day.
