We are seeking an Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Developer to build and maintain enterprise-grade digital experiences on AEM Sites, AEM Assets, and AEM as a Cloud Service. This is a fully remote position open to candidates eligible to work in the U.S., offering a competitive annual salary from $100,000 to $150,000, as a full-time, direct W2 role.

Key Responsibilities

As an AEM Technical Consultant, you'll dive deep into various critical tasks, ensuring the seamless operation and enhancement of digital platforms. Key responsibilities for this role include:

Hands-on development of AEM components, templates, and workflows.
Building and integrating front-end experiences using AEM’s modern stack.
Focusing on performance, content authoring experience, and long-term maintainability.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and implement robust AEM solutions.
Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues within AEM environments.
Contributing to architectural discussions and solution design for AEM projects.

Requirements

To excel in this role, candidates should bring a robust skill set and proven experience, particularly in the following areas:

A minimum of 6 years of professional experience in AEM development.
Demonstrated expertise with AEM Sites, AEM Assets, and AEM as a Cloud Service.
Strong proficiency in modern front-end technologies and AEM's core development concepts.
Proven ability to deliver meaningful AEM projects with a focus on enterprise-grade solutions.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to system optimization.
