Welo Global, an award-winning leader in localization and data transformation, runs one of the world's largest Ads Rating Programs. We're inviting passionate individuals to join our mission. As an Ads Quality Rater, your role will be to review and grade internet advertisements, directly influencing how these ads are delivered to end users. Essentially, you'll be teaching an AI program how effective its advertisement suggestions are based on specific user keywords, making the internet a more relevant place for everyone.

Key Responsibilities

Actively review a variety of internet advertisements.
Grade ads based on their relevance, accuracy, and overall quality in relation to user search queries.
Provide critical feedback to an AI program, guiding its learning process for improved ad suggestions.
Work with ad content in both English and Spanish, ensuring high standards across languages.

Requirements

We are seeking individuals who meet the following essential criteria:

Must be based in Argentina. While this is a fully remote role, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere, we are specifically looking for candidates residing in Argentina.
Exceptional proficiency in Spanish (native or near-native level) and strong working proficiency in English are both essential for this role.
A regular and confident internet user who frequently utilizes major search engines.
Possesses a strong ability to understand user intent based on a few keywords.
Enjoys conducting online research on various topics.
Committed to a minimum of 5 hours per week, with the flexibility to work up to 20 hours weekly.
Reliable internet access and a personal computer suitable for online tasks.
