Overview

As an Ads Quality Rater, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the intelligence of AI advertising programs. Your daily tasks will involve reviewing and grading internet advertisements in both English and Lithuanian, providing essential feedback to an artificial intelligence system. This isn't just about spotting good or bad ads; it's about telling the AI how well its ad suggestions align with user keywords, directly influencing how ads are delivered to end users globally. This is a long-term, fully remote, independent contractor position, offering the flexibility to set your own schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Thoroughly review and meticulously grade a variety of internet advertisements.
Assess the relevance and quality of ads based on specific user search queries and provided guidelines.
Provide clear, consistent, and objective feedback to help refine AI algorithms.
Work diligently to meet project requirements and maintain high quality standards.
Process ad content and keywords effectively in both English and Lithuanian languages.

Requirements

Must be currently based in and legally eligible to work from Lithuania.
Native level fluency in Lithuanian and advanced proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
A regular, daily internet user with extensive experience using major search engines.
Demonstrated ability to understand user intent based on keywords and search queries.
Strong online research skills and an enjoyment for exploring various topics.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Reliable high-speed internet connection and a personal computer.
Comfortable working as an independent contractor/freelance/self-employed individual.
