Overview

Welo Global is an award-winning leader in localization and data transformation. Our mission includes running one of the globe's most extensive Ads Rating Programs. As an Ads Quality Rater, you will be instrumental in reviewing and grading internet advertisements. Your evaluations will directly inform and improve how ads are delivered to end users. You will tell the AI program how effective its advertisement suggestions are, basing your judgment on specific user keywords. This is a fully remote, work from home role, but you must be based in Turkey to be eligible. We are seeking independent contractors for a long term project, with a flexible schedule that you control.

Key Responsibilities

Critically review and evaluate internet advertisements based on given guidelines.
Provide precise ratings and feedback on ad quality and relevance.
Assess how well advertisement suggestions align with user search queries and intent.
Actively contribute to enhancing the accuracy and effectiveness of AI powered ad delivery systems.
Conduct reviews efficiently in both English and Farsi.

Requirements

You must currently reside in Turkey to be considered for this role.
Demonstrated proficiency in both English and Farsi is essential.
A regular internet user who frequently utilizes major search engines.
Possess an intuitive understanding of user intent based on limited keywords.
Enjoys online research and can quickly grasp various topics.
Commit to a minimum of 5 hours per week, with the flexibility to work up to 20 hours per week.
Comfortable working as an independent contractor or freelancer.
