This is a full-time, direct W2 position, fully remote, welcoming talent from across the globe, with a focus on candidates authorized to work in the U.S. for W2 purposes. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining enterprise-grade digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and implement robust AEM components, templates, and workflows using modern AEM best practices.
- Collaborate closely with content authors, designers, and other developers to ensure seamless integration and optimal user experience.
- Focus on front-end development within AEM, employing technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks.
- Integrate AEM with various third-party systems and services to enhance functionality and data flow.
- Ensure the performance, security, and scalability of AEM solutions across different environments.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes to maintain high quality standards.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and AEM practices.
- Provide technical guidance and support for AEM projects as needed.
Requirements
- You should bring 6+ years of dedicated experience as an Adobe Experience Manager Developer.
- Proven hands-on experience with AEM Sites, AEM Assets, and AEM as a Cloud Service.
- Strong proficiency in Java, OSGi, Sling, JCR, and other core AEM technologies.
- Solid understanding of front-end web technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern JS frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
- Experience with AEM component development, template creation, and custom workflow implementation.
- Familiarity with AEM headless capabilities and API integrations is a plus.
- A solid grasp of CI/CD pipelines, Git, Maven, and other development tools.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and the capacity to work collaboratively in a remote team setting.
