Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate testing efforts for software produced by project delivery teams to ensure strict quality standards are met across all client deployments.
Prepare comprehensive test strategies and support project teams in delivering new updates while championing QA best practices and test automation initiatives.
Manage QA activities for high impact projects featuring multiple work streams, which includes coordinating across multiple vendors.
Handle test estimation, test planning, progress tracking, defect management, and risk assessment to guarantee high test coverage.
Juggle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail in a fast paced environment.

Requirements

Proven experience leading quality assurance efforts for operational technology systems such as ADMS, EMS, OMS, or DERMS in the utility sector.
Strong background in coordinating testing activities across multiple vendors and complex work streams.
Expertise in test strategy development, test planning, defect management, and driving test automation initiatives.
Ability to multitask effectively and communicate clearly with diverse project teams and stakeholders.
