Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies and marketing plans to aggressively expand our customer base.
Manage, staff, and direct a talented sales team while conducting regular one-on-one reviews to boost performance and communication.
Deliver competitive pricing on prospect applications, carefully balancing attractive offers with strong profit margins.
Lead the charge on high stakes proposal presentations and RFP responses while mentoring Account Representatives on their own pitches.
Maintain meticulous records of all sales activities, pricing data, and performance reports.
