As our new Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will report directly to the Accounts Receivable Team Lead. You will jump right into the daily heartbeat of our financial operations, making sure customer accounts stay accurate and cash flow remains steady. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate customer account records and verify transaction details.
- Coordinate proactive collection efforts to ensure timely payments.
- Post incoming customer payments with high precision and attention to detail.
- Respond promptly to internal and external inquiries regarding billing and accounts.
- Support general daily operations within the Accounts Receivable department.
