In this role as Accounting Manager for Global GL Operations and Intercompany, you will take ownership of end-to-end close activities, untangle complex intercompany movements, and ensure our financial engine scales effortlessly. Best of all, this is a fully remote position open worldwide, giving you the freedom to work from anywhere while meeting up quarterly for high-energy in-person surges.

Key Responsibilities

Your day to day work will center around building robust processes and keeping our financial close running like clockwork.

Orchestrate global month end and quarter end close cycles across corporate operating expenses, operating cash, capitalized software, and intercompany accounting.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Tax, Treasury, and FP&A to translate brand new product launches into close-ready operational accounting flows.
Strengthen internal controls and ensure audit readiness across all general ledger operations.
Champion automation and process improvements to eliminate manual work and scale accounting systems effectively.
Manage intercompany reconciliations, transfer pricing entries, and cross-border settlement mechanisms.
Support and mentor team members while fostering a culture of continuous learning and uncompromising standards.

Requirements

We are searching for an experienced finance professional who brings both technical precision and operational grit.

Extensive background in general ledger accounting, corporate close management, and intercompany transactions, ideally within a high-growth tech or global financial services organization.
Deep understanding of US GAAP, internal controls, and SOX compliance standards.
Proven ability to partner with technical product teams and operationalize ambiguous business initiatives.
Hands-on experience with modern ERP platforms and scalable accounting software solutions.
Clear and concise communication skills, paired with the self-direction needed to excel in a remote first environment.
