Key Responsibilities

Manage day to day general ledger accounting operations, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
Assist with the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes in accordance with relevant accounting standards.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather financial data and ensure accurate expense tracking.
Participate in internal and external audit processes by preparing requested schedules and documentation.
Identify opportunities to streamline financial workflows and improve overall accounting processes.
Support ad hoc finance projects and reporting needs as the business evolves.

Requirements

Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Solid understanding of US GAAP principles and general accounting procedures.
Strong analytical mindset with a sharp eye for detail and high level of accuracy.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with remote team members.
Proficiency in modern financial software, ERP systems, and spreadsheet applications.
