Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will take ownership of territory strategy and build meaningful connections across the clinical landscape.

Execute detailed territory business plans to reach and exceed commercial targets
Cultivate long term relationships with healthcare providers, clinic staff, and key medical decision makers
Drive therapeutic adoption by providing clear, compliant education about novel therapies
Navigate complex patient access pathways to help smooth out hurdles between prescription and delivery
Coordinate with internal commercial, medical affairs, and market access teams to keep strategies aligned
Monitor local market dynamics and provide valuable feedback to optimize future launches

Background in healthcare sales, account management, or biopharmaceutical field engagement
Demonstrated ability to establish credibility with clinicians and practice managers
Familiarity with specialty therapies and regional reimbursement landscapes
Superb communication skills and the self motivation needed to thrive in a distributed setup
Flexibility to travel regionally as necessary to support key customer interactions and team events
