Key Responsibilities

Oversee all assigned contract renewals to guarantee timely and accurate execution.
Own the complete contract lifecycle, which includes renewal management and quote creation.
Drive growth and expansion opportunities across an established portfolio of existing customers.
Partner closely with the Customer Success team and Revenue Leadership to hit and exceed growth targets.
Bring genuine passion to sales while constantly adding real value to the everyday user experience.

Requirements

Proven experience working in sales or account management roles within high growth environments.
Strong organizational skills with a deep understanding of contract processes and renewals.
Exceptional communication skills and a customer first mindset.
Ability to thrive working remotely while collaborating seamlessly with a distributed team.
