About the Role

At Dandy, we are actively modernizing an antiquated dental marketplace by turning manual lab processes into smooth digital experiences. In this role, you will become the primary trusted advisor for multi-location dental offices right after they finish onboarding with sales. You will guide them as they adopt our digital workflows, identify chances to expand their service lines, and help them unlock real clinical and commercial value.

Key Responsibilities

Your day will involve a healthy mix of strategic outreach and proactive relationship management. Specifically, you will focus on items such as

Managing a dedicated portfolio of up to two hundred accounts across various growth stages
Driving average revenue per practice through product adoption, user activation, and location expansions
Partnering with clinicians and office staff to uncover pain points and turn them into solutions
Collaborating with cross-functional partners in sales, onboarding, and customer care to ensure smooth handoffs
Monitoring account health metrics to spot churn risks early and step in with swift interventions
