Key Responsibilities

Partner closely with enterprise clients to accelerate their AI maturity and adoption of Ada technology.
Drive retention, expansion, and high satisfaction rates across a dedicated portfolio of accounts.
Serve as a strategic advisor, helping clients align their customer service goals with powerful AI agent management tools.
Collaborate cross functionally with product, engineering, and sales teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and continuous value delivery.
Monitor account health metrics and proactively identify opportunities for growth and optimization.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience in account management, customer success, or strategic consulting within the tech or SaaS industry.
Deep passion for artificial intelligence, automation, and innovative customer experience solutions.
Exceptional communication and relationship building skills with executive level stakeholders.
Proven ability to manage multiple complex accounts simultaneously in a fast paced environment.
Comfort working autonomously in a fully remote setup across different time zones.
