Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to communicate our core value, vision, and growth strategy.
- Lead regular business reviews to ensure tight alignment with customers as their organizations scale and evolve.
- Partner strategically with clients to fully understand their unique goals and match them with the right products and services.
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations and engaging presentations that address specific client needs.
- Manage the account renewal process seamlessly and spot expansion opportunities within your assigned portfolio.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing and growing client portfolios within a software or technology environment.
- Exceptional communication skills with a natural ability to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong problem solving mindset and a proactive approach to client retention and satisfaction.
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms and customer relationship management tools.
