We are looking for an Account Management Lead to own and expand our relationships with key enterprise clients throughout Western Europe. You will serve as the primary strategic partner for businesses leveraging our AI solutions, ensuring they drive massive value from our technology while expanding our footprint within their organizations. Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts across Western Europe, driving retention, upselling, and long-term satisfaction.
Partner closely with customers to understand their unique business objectives and align them with ElevenLabs capabilities across ElevenAgents, ElevenCreative, and ElevenAPI.
Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts to fuel our ongoing growth trajectory.
Serve as the internal voice of the customer, relaying critical feedback to our product and engineering teams.
Build and execute comprehensive account strategies that secure renewals and foster strong brand loyalty.

Requirements

Proven track record of managing and expanding enterprise accounts within the tech, SaaS, or AI sectors.
Deep understanding of the Western European business landscape with strong commercial acumen.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with fluency in English and ideally another European language.
A proactive mindset, comfortable navigating ambiguity and solving complex client challenges independently.
Genuine passion for generative AI and the transformative impact it has on modern businesses.
